Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓƵ welcomes Jessyca Maddox as the new Practical Nursing instructor.
Maddox earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from National Park Community College
in 2012, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arkansas Tech University in 2014, and
is currently enrolled at UAMS for her Master of Science in Nursing Administration/Education.
She has worked as a registered nurse (RN) at Genesis Cancer Center, Texas Children’s
Hospital Hematology-Oncology Unit, and Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
Maddox enjoys spending time with her husband and her two children, boating and swimming
at the lake, and shopping on Amazon.
“As a former National Park Community College graduate, I am proud to state that this
campus is the foundation of my nursing career, she said. “I could not pick a better
place to start my educator career than within the walls of the rooms in which it all
first started for myself.
“I am most looking forward to assisting students in reaching their goals of becoming
future nurses.
